• Account Information: Your TikTok username, email address, and password (stored encrypted).
• Usage Data: The accounts you follow or skip within the app, your coin balance, follower statistics, and timestamps of activity.
• Transaction Data: Records of purchases you make within the app, including package type and transaction date.
• Device Information: General device type, operating system version, and app version for technical support purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Deliver the follow-for-follow service and track your progress.
• Process in-app purchases and manage your coin balance.
• Send you service-related communications (not marketing, unless you opt in).
• Improve the app's performance, features, and user experience.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using FollowUp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use FollowUp. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when signing up.
• Not share your account with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FollowUp only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to spam, harass, or harm other users.
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App or its reward system.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the App.
• Violate TikTok's own Terms of Service while using our platform.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App's services.

5. Coins and Purchases

FollowUp uses an in-app virtual currency called "Coins." Please note:

• Coins have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All purchases of Coins or follower packages are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to adjust coin reward rates and package pricing at any time.
• Coins may expire if your account is inactive for more than 12 months.

6. Follower Services

FollowUp facilitates community-based follow exchanges and optional follower packages. We do not guarantee:

• That users who follow you will remain followers indefinitely.
• Any specific engagement rate, reach, or TikTok algorithm benefit.
• The continued availability of any specific feature or service.

Results vary per account. FollowUp is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FollowUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via the App or email of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
